ChatGPT App for Android: The ChatGPT app is now available for Android users in the United States, India, Bangladesh, and Brazil.

ChatGPT Enterprise: Launched on August 28, 2023, ChatGPT Enterprise offers enterprise-grade security and privacy, unlimited higher-speed GPT-4 access, longer context windows, advanced data analysis capabilities, customization options, and more.

Custom Instructions: Custom instructions are now available to users in the European Union and the United Kingdom, as well as to free users, allowing them to customize their interactions with ChatGPT.

Image Inputs: ChatGPT now has image capabilities, enabling it to understand and interpret images added to conversations as image inputs.

Voice Conversations (Beta): OpenAI has introduced voice conversations for ChatGPT, allowing users to interact with the AI using speech instead of text.

ChatGPT Gains Web Access: The integration with Microsoft's Bing search engine allows ChatGPT to browse the web and offer direct links to sources, they had this feature before, but they took it out due to controversy.

The Raspberry Pi Foundation has announced the launch of the Raspberry Pi 5, the latest iteration of its popular single-board computer, set to hit the market in October 2023. With a starting price of $60 for the 4GB model and $80 for the 8GB version, the Raspberry Pi 5 boasts significant upgrades in performance and features compared to its predecessor, the Raspberry Pi 4.

Performance Boost: The Raspberry Pi 5 is powered by a 2.4GHz quad-core 64-bit Arm Cortex-A76 CPU, which offers 2-3 times the performance of the Raspberry Pi 4. The new model also features an 800MHz VideoCore VII GPU, providing a substantial uplift in graphics performance.

Enhanced Connectivity and I/O: The Raspberry Pi 5 comes with dual 4Kp60 HDMI display output, dual-band 802.11ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, and Gigabit Ethernet with PoE+ support. It also offers two USB 3.0 ports with simultaneous 5Gbps operation, two USB 2.0 ports, and a high-speed microSD card interface with SDR104 mode support. The aggregate USB bandwidth has more than doubled, enabling faster transfer speeds to external devices.

Improved Cooling and Accessories: To address the increased heat generated by the more powerful components, the Raspberry Pi 5 offers an Active Cooler to ensure smooth operation under heavy loads. Additionally, a new clip-together case with a built-in fan provides full access to GPIO pins and allows for case stacking.

Kong Announces Managed Service and Kong Insomnia 8.0

Sisense Releases New Toolkit for Embedded Analytics

Embedded analytics specialist Sisense has unveiled a new toolkit called Compose SDK for Fusion, aimed at helping developers easily embed analytics capabilities into their applications. The toolkit is now available in public preview and offers a code-first set of application programming interfaces (APIs) that enable developers to quickly build analytics tools and embed them within the workflows of business users.
